The venue was clean, offered ideal staff and food. The room was large with excellent shower and had a work desk, satellite television and a dining area. Variety of food at the breakfast, including cereals and cheese.

Absolutely incredible hotel, everything is fairly clean, its staff and location are very good. Plenty of options for breakfast including cereals and cheese.

The total stay was nice at the hotel on Sunday bank holidays. The property had a central position not far from Bullring, transport links.

Contemporary, funky with a friendly reception.

We had 1 night in Birmingham, spent our time here lovely. This hotel had a central position close to a bus stop on the route to the city centre. Cafe The Steam Room located 1.0 km away was a nice surprise. We enjoyed our time here.

The bathroom was cold.

There was a great selection of tasty options for buffet breakfast. I had perfectly pleasant days staying at this great budget hotel.

I loved almost every detail, including perfect staff and location. It took only 10 minutes to walk to Woodbourne rd bus stop.

I stayed here for 1 night and enjoyed my choice. The rooms with plenty of storage space, bathroom, for example. The breakfast was included, that was a bonus.

I truly enjoyed all the hotel offered: very clean beds and friendly professional stuff. Varied breakfast, efficient service. Very early check-in too. Location was fab, adjacent to the sandy beach. Clean restaurant provided Cuban dishes.

Spotless place & accommodating staff. I slept so comfy in the amazing bed. Location was prime! I thoroughly enjoyed the gourmet restaurant, serving basic cuisine.

The property overall was spotless and adequate, had okay staff and location. I got free upgrade and loved it. The staff did all they can for a relaxing stay. Welcoming reception. Had no problem using their handy parking, the internet was strong. It was in a modern area, nearby a bus stop.

Staff was dismissive, room was clean, continental breakfast was hot! Our room was well kept, decent sized and modest. Extra pillows were not a big deal too. Besides, it had free internet, handy to surf the net. Ideal location next to barber institute fine arts.

We had a really wonderful stay in this economy economy hotel. Btw, their chef is top! Edgbaston district deserves to be explored.

hotel was reasonably priced. great rooms and staff to say the least. akbars, located within 5 minutes' walk, is a good dining option.

Totally a lovely experience. 600 metres away there is Banu, where you can dine. We visited one of our favourite spots Architectural sights that was in front of the hotel. 15 km away from Birmingham airport.
